I have not heard the phrase before - maybe I have been too long out of the UK or maybe it is American not English. Anyway based on the previous answers I understand that is a combined Personal Assistant / Gofor Service.

I really wish I had more time in my day. I spend all my time going to school and studying, no time for errands, so I wish I had a great personal assistant in orange county. But with school tuition, I don't really have the funds unfortunately.
